Fairway Skygarden

Located in the confines of Rajagiriya, bordering Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte, Fairway Sky Gardens is a 32 storey luxury apartment complex. The project is the third landmark collaboration between Fairway Holdings and Maga Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, after the success of the award-winning Fairway and Fairmount apartment complexes.

This iconic 129 apartment complex consists of spectacular views of the surroundings, resort-like amenities such as an expansive swimming pool, state-of-the-art gymnasium, badminton court, squash court, basketball court, clubhouse and diner.
